LOYALTY CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

  • The Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of Cromwell's Inn Ltd, and must be returned on request.
  • The issuance of a Loyalty Card is a privilege and not a right and can be withdrawn at any time without explanation or liability to Cromwell’s Inn.
  • Purchases made at Cromwell’s Inn entitle members to earn loyalty points in accordance with these terms and conditions. Loyalty Points are non-transferrable and non-assignable and have no cash value and therefore cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • It doesn’t cost anything to become a Loyalty Member, however you do have to be 18 years of age or over.  When you become a Loyalty Member or when you use your Loyalty Card, you agree to these terms. 
  • To become a Loyalty Member of Cromwell’s Inn, you can either sign up online at www.cromwellsinn.com/form.php or in person at Cromwell’s Inn.  Cards will be distributed subject to availability.
  • Once activated, a loyalty card is ready to collect points from your next visit.
  • Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Cromwell’s Inn.
  • Cromwell’s Inn reserves the right to withdraw the loyalty card program at any time, or change any aspect of the loyalty card program without providing notice to its members.
  • Cards may be withdrawn at any time and without explanation and without any liability, claim or loss being incurred by Cromwell's Inn.
  • Where a card holder has provided their email address, postal address or mobile number, news of our special events, offers and promotions may be sent via email, SMS or post. With regard to email and SMS communication Cromwell’s Inn will offer easy opt-out options.
  • Cromwell’s Inn will not sell on a member’s information to any other company, business or other organisation.
  • Cromwell’s Inn cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen cards or for any errors or omissions in administering the programme.
  • A Loyalty Member may be removed from the system after 12 months of inactivity, along with any remaining points balance.
  • By accepting a loyalty card, you consent that we may process the data that we collect from you in accordance with these terms and the Data Protection Act 1998.
  • These terms shall be governed by the English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these terms.

POINTS

  • To collect points for a transaction at Cromwell’s Inn, your Loyalty Card must be presented for swiping when paying your bill. No Loyalty Points can be added without presenting a valid Loyalty Card.
  • Loyalty card points can be collected on qualifying purchases or redeemed, every day excluding Saturdays,  Valentine’s Day, Mothering Sunday & the month of December.
  • Qualifying purchases are any purchases that are not excluded in these Terms.
  • You must spend at least £1 on qualifying purchases in a single transaction for the transaction to qualify for points.
  • A point is added for every full £1 spent on qualifying purchases.
  • Cromwell’s Inn reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of points accrued, from time to time and at our sole discretion, and will notify you of any changes we make by updating these terms on this website. For every qualifying £10 spend, a loyalty card customer can save/redeem a minimum of 30 pence (3%) and a maximum of £1.20 (12%) depending on the configured points to pound ratio.
  • Redemptions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/voucher.
  • Loyalty Members should inform staff at Cromwell’s Inn of their intention to pay for a purchase or part of a purchase by redemption points before completing payment for the purchase.
